Vintage Goebel Large Parrot II

Item Details

Vintage Goebel large porcelain hand-painted parrot figurine with gorgeous lifelike vibrant royal blue and dark gold colors in a shiny glaze finish. This parrot is marked on the bottom with its incised number of CV 79, incised copyright date 1967, and the blue Goebel TMK 4 trademark which puts its production between 1964 and 1972 (42 to 50 years ago).

Condition

The figurine is in excellent condition with no crazing, chips, breaks or scratches. It does have felt glued to the edge of the bottom. Usually this glue is water soluble, so the felt can be removed with no damage to the piece.
