An antique Louis XV writing table desk, purchased from Marsal, France. This table is marked as a ‘Dervieux Writing Table’ with a single center drawer, scalloped table apron, and graceful cabriole tapered legs. It includes ornate hardware, various peg joinery and dovetail construction. Tag to underside indicates this piece was shipped in a container from France by Bloomingdales.
