Dranga was known primarily for her balmy, nostalgic depictions of Hawaiian landscapes. She was part of a group of artists who, during the turn of the century, were involved in an artistic movement that yearned to capture the landscapes of Old Hawaii before it disappeared. Dranga was a member of the Hawaiian Society of Artists, and her works are represented in the collections of the Lyman Museum in Hilo, the Honolulu Academy of Art, and in many prestigious private collections.
