English Sterling Silver Gothic Architectural Salt & Pepper Shakers, 1897
Item Details
A pair of antique English sterling silver salt and pepper shakers by R. & S. Garrard Co. The shakers have a Gothic architectural design with trefoil crenelations and heraldic motifs. Dates incorporated into the heraldic crest near the base read 1837-1897, commemorating sixty years of the reign of Queen Victoria. The shakers are hallmarked as sterling silver with a date mark of 1897. The approximate combined weight is 12.090 ozt.
