A Series of 1891 $1 U.S. Treasury Note. Also known as a ‘Coin Note’. Front depicts Lincoln’s Secretary of War, Edwin Stanton. Note features a red seal and red serial numbers, and was signed by Tillman and Morgan. Note is circulated and measures 7 3/8′ × 3 1/8’.
