- overall with various scratches, marks, chips/losses, cracks/splits, and abrasions consistent with age and use; lid is slightly bowed and with some sunfading; hinges are later replacements; split on right side panel has been reinforced with two later wooden strips on the interior of the case; back, rear, left foot is cracked and back half is slightly loose; some light oxidation/rust to metal components; some former pest damage (worming) with associated marks and losses, most notably to feet; other possible repairs/restorations; comes with a key.
