- overall with various scratches, marks/stains, nicks/small chips, small cracks, and abrasions consistent with age and use; both chairs with extensive repairs/restorations throughout including completely re-built seats (seat rails, corner blocks, and upholstery, straps, and stuffing are later); other repairs to crests, back splats, shoes, and legs; one chair with a slightly lighter stain than the other (possibly sunfaded).
