A circa 1905-1910 Patek Philippe platinum 1.61 ctw diamond pocket watch. This unique luxury timepiece features a round case with a custom dial displaying syringe style hands, baguette cut diamond hour markers and a seconds subdial at the six o’clock position. The vintage pocket watch also includes a custom bezel lined with sixty-two single cut diamonds and ‘King Narcisse’ engraved on the back of the watch.
