A pair of vintage paperback booklets about tanks, including: the 1918 British volume, The ‘Tanks’, about the use of the newly-invented machines in World War I; and the German-language tank operator’s primer, Tigerfibel (‘Tiger Primer’). The ‘Tiger Primer’, in order to appeal to and hold the attention of the common German soldier, features cartoon illustrations including numerous buxom women, as well as rhyming verse sections.
