- car did not start at time of testing; electric and mechanical features untested; minor markings to body of car at driver side front fender, front bumper, hood, rear passenger fender, and rear bumper; discoloration and wear to convertible’s soft top; markings and wear to leather interior seats; markings to steering wheel; damage to vinyl on visors; battery terminal cover not secured; corrosion present to connectors on engine; tires flat.

- Please note that payment for motor vehicles can only be rendered by cashier’s check or wire transfer. Cashier’s checks take up to 24 hours to clear and all wire transfers must be made through EBTH Headquarters prior to EBTH releasing any vehicles. EBTH will not accept credit card payment for motor vehicles at any time.
- EBTH does not warrant condition of vehicles. Condition stated is that of the owner. Please make an appointment and bring a mechanic to preview vehicles for personal assessment.
- Vehicles will be held on site for no more than 14 days, unless other arrangements have been made at time of purchase. Any vehicle left on premises past the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $50 per week/up to 60 days. After 60 days, the item is forfeited.
- The winning bidder is advised to check with their DMV / BMV to ensure that all necessary paperwork, tags, title transfer, et cetera are complete before the motor vehicle is removed from the premises.
