A signed limited edition hand-colored aquatint engraving by renowend wildlife artist John A. Ruthven (born 1924) titled Passenger Pigeon. This print depicts three passenger pigeons, two male and one female, flying gracefully against the wind. The copper plate engraving features subtle stippling, hand-colored in vibrant watercolors. To the lower margin the print is labeled with the title, and states it was engraved by Norma Morgan, printed by Andersen-Lamb and published by Wildlife Internationale in 1973.
