This hand crafted, custom model dollhouse depicts a derelict, haunted Victorian house with appropriately gorey and spooky decor to both the interior and exterior: heads on spikes, rusted iron gates, secret rooms and doorways, insects and creatures, grave markers, and more.

- taller shrubs in back area had slumped and need re-articulating, with one shrub missing its green; tallest tree is slightly loose in the base and slumps when moved; small chip to wood on front porch; one wall light is missing from attic and several miniature pieces are still present but loose in house; several landscape fixtures are also present but loose, including black crows and rats.
