A Victorian style electrified dollhouse by Jim Marcus with miniatures. The house comes in four separate pieces: base, in which a basement is designed, main house, tower room, and rooftop. A number of miniatures are included to the interior, including a Civil War gem tintype of a soldier, painting of flower by L. Du Frene, naval engagement painting after Dawson by Elmer Elderoth, Kashiskian silk tabriz rug, Sonia Messer hall table, and more.

Condition

- upper level staircase is intentionally removable; some slightly loose pieces, several small roof shingles chipped or missing, also missing latch closure for front hinge; scratches to built in wood base, one scuff to wallpaper right side second story, and wear to edges throughout.
