An electrified dollhouse by Lawbre Co. This hand crafted model house depicts Rosedawn plantation with two-story columns, large windows, and a white painted exterior. The backside of the building is permanently open, revealing many unique rooms, including some with wood floors, fireplaces, and other fixtures.

- trim detached from roof, but with the house; few missing shingles from roof; left roof corner chipped; wall sconces crooked.
