An English seaside dock dollhouse miniature. This custom built model is, in part, constructed of found pieces of driftwood manipulated to create this rustic seaside shack. The piece has been electrified but was unable to be tested.

• Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. The winner is responsible for bringing appropriate assistance, vehicle, proper materials, and any necessary tools to pickup. International shipping may be restricted.

Condition

- intentionally distressed and sits askew; repair to one corner of roof tiles, two edge roof tiles cracked, small scuffs to edges and base; two of the doors are presently detached.
