An antique edition of Three Dissertations written by Richard Hey. Corrected and revised in 1811 by the author, this third edition contains A Dissertation of the Pernicious Effects of Gaming originally published in 1783; A Dissertation on Duelling first published in 1784; and a second edition of A Dissertation on Suicide published in 1785 bound as one in a leather covered book. The spine features five raised bands and a black, leather paneled title with gilt lettering.
