The frontispiece of Roosevelt is tissue-guarded with a facsimile signature to the lower edge, and additional photographs are throughout the text. The top text edges are gilt and the fore and bottom edges are untrimmed. Squadron A is bound in blue cloth covered boards with a gilt impression and lettering to the front and spine. The frontispiece is black on white with additional photographs and line drawings throughout the text.
