The shade is mounted with a metal label plaque reading ‘Mir-A-Kal Ray Lamp / Trade Mark Registered / Serial No. 10202 / Volts 120 AC or DC. / Watts 260 / Model No. M.R. 260 / Pat. No. 2275745 / The J.H. Eastman Co. / Made In U.S.A. / Detroit, Mich.’

The lamp comes with its original red and clear glass lenses (both are cracked through the center) and retains its original wiring.
