Self-ascribed “minimal-realism” Cincinnati artist Charley Harper first drew his inspiration from the wildlife around him growing up on a farm. His iconic style has translated nearly all members of the animal kingdom, most often birds and woodland creatures whose personalities are captured in just a few brightly colored shapes and lines.
