1930 Rookwood Art Pottery "Rook" Ashtray
Item Details
A 1930 Rookwood art pottery ashtray with a rook bird along the edge, originally designed by the pottery’s John D. Wareham (1871 to 1954). It features a dark colored glaze with brown. To the underside, it is hallmarked with the Rookwood flame logo, date mark, item number ‘1139’, and an additional impressed mark.
